In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with a service provided by K2 Hairdressing, you must contact us within 48 hours of your visit, and we will be more than happy to correct any issues you feel you may have within 5 days of the original appointment. Anything outside of these timescales may incur some costs. Your hair must be untouched by any other hair professional/yourself. Only work that has only been carried out by K2 staff will be rectified.
Please note we do not give refunds but will gladly address any concerns within the timescales previously stated.
